If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase — in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if:

• the item shows no signs of use;
• it is fully complete and in undamaged packaging;
• factory labels, seals, and protective films remain intact;
• for defective items, an authorized service report confirms proper use.

Required Documents

• proof of purchase (receipt or invoice);
• the payment card used for the order;
• an ID document (passport or driver’s license).

How to Return

At the Bergge store:
Kyiv, Dobrobutna St. 1.

Through an international carrier:
for items weighing more than 30 kg.
