Bergge Silikon Farbe is a weather-resistant silicone facade paint with high diffusion capacity and is resistant to atmospheric precipitation. It is resistant to UV rays and fading, is highly durable, and provides excellent protection for painted surfaces from all negative environmental influences. It has a self-cleaning effect. Suitable for painting facade insulation systems (including those with mineral wool), mineral and lime plaster, acrylic and silicone plaster, concrete, aerated concrete, limestone, natural stone, brick, and wood.
Also suitable for painting and repainting the facades of residential buildings, commercial, industrial, warehouse, and other buildings, including architectural monuments, and buildings in coastal areas. It can also be used on gypsum substrates, drywall, fiberboard, chipboard, QSB, OSB, plywood, wood, and wallpaper indoors. It is environmentally friendly and solvent-free. It complies with European quality standards.

Application and characteristics: Suitable for application to any mineral surface (concrete, brick, putty, plaster, gypsum bases). Permeable to water vapor, impermeable to rain, repels dirt, and is resistant to wet abrasion. It is used to renew decorative plaster, previously painted surfaces, and in insulation systems, including those using mineral wool. Recommended for building restoration. It has high adhesion and is resistant to precipitation and ultraviolet rays. Due to its high vapor permeability, it can be applied to fresh plaster (not earlier than 14 days). No renewal is required for approximately 15 years. Do not apply paint to roofing surfaces.
Composition: calcium carbonate, water, acrylic copolymer dispersion, titanium dioxide, silicone emulsion, functional additives.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, sound, dry, and free of grease, dust, chalk, lime, dirt, and loose particles. The final moisture content of the surface to be treated must be no more than 3%. Before painting, the surface must be treated with Bergge Grund SX silicone primer.
Application method: During storage, the material may separate, but this is not a sign of product deterioration. Stir before use. Apply with a brush, roller, or spray gun in two coats. The first coat of paint can be thinned with up to 10% water; thinning the final coat is not recommended. Painting should be done continuously, using the "wet on wet" method, on a single surface (corner to corner) to avoid joints. When applying Bergge Silikon Farbe, use material from the same batch on a single surface. If material from different batches is available, mix the required amount for a single surface (corner to corner). Apply at ambient and substrate temperatures no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C.
Drying time: Depending on ambient temperature and humidity, a second coat can be applied after 12 hours.
Tinting: Tinted using equipment using the COLOR COLLECTION system.
Consumption: 1 liter per 6-8 m² of a single-layer coating (depending on the surface).
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container at a temperature no lower than +7°C, in a dry, cool place. Protect from frost! The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children! Work in a ventilated area, wearing protective clothing and gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Dispose of as household waste. Rinse tools with water after use.
