Application and characteristics: High-quality, ready-to-use silicone relief façade paint for interior and exterior use. Designed for decorative and protective coating of walls both inside and outside the building, surfaces such as concrete, foam concrete, cement, plaster, putty, building gypsum, drywall, sand-lime, ceramic and refractory brickwork, and surfaces previously painted with water-dispersion paints. It is used in insulation systems, including those with mineral wool. It has the ability to hide minor surface irregularities. It forms a uniform, rough surface suitable for creating a variety of structural effects. The product is solvent-free, has a neutral odor, and is easy to apply. The coating is weather-resistant, vapor-permeable (the surface "breathes"), impermeable to water, has excellent resistance to mechanical stress, and is resistant to washing. Do not apply paint to roofing surfaces.
Composition: Silicone emulsion, styrene-acrylic dispersion, titanium dioxide, calcite, functional additives, water.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, sound, dry, and free of grease, dust, chalk, and lime. Any loose parts of the substrate must be removed. Moisture-absorbing surfaces must be primed with Bergge Grund SX silicone primer. Before painting, apply an intermediate primer coat using Bergge Silikon Farbe silicone facade paint or Bergge Harzgrund silicone primer for decorative plaster. The color of the intermediate coat must match the color of the topcoat.
Application method: During storage, the material may separate, but this is not a sign of product deterioration. Stir thoroughly before application. If necessary, add water (up to 5%). Apply a thin layer of paint with a spatula, spreading it evenly over a 2-3 m² area. Then, without waiting for it to dry, create a texture with a roller (you can use a variety of textured rollers to achieve the desired effect). Once the desired effect is achieved, continue applying paint, carefully joining and smoothing the joints with a roller. We recommend applying the paint in a staggered pattern, without stopping, using the "wet on wet" method, on a single surface, from corner to corner, to avoid joints. For larger areas, it is advisable to work in pairs: one applies the paint with a spatula, the other creates the texture with a roller. The material can also be applied with a roller, brush, spatula, or spray gun in various styles. After drying, the resulting decorative surface can be additionally painted with high-quality Bergge silicone paints. When applying Bergge Struktur Farbe, it is necessary to use material from the same batch on a single surface. If material from different batches is available, mix it together in the amount required for a single surface (from corner to corner). Work at ambient and substrate temperatures of no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C. Avoid exposure to wind, rain, and direct sunlight during application.
Drying time: 12 hours.
Tinting: Tinted using equipment using the COLOR COLLECTION system.
Coverage: 1.5–2 m²/l of a single-layer coating. Material coverage may exceed the packaging specifications depending on the layer thickness and application technique.
Color: White.
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container at temperatures no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C, in a dry, cool place. Protect from frost! The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children! Work in a ventilated area wearing protective clothing and gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Dispose of as household waste. Rinse working tools with water afterwards.
