A decorative paint with a shimmering effect for interior use. Suitable for gypsum and concrete surfaces. Bergge Sconfinato is distinguished by its special effect pigments, which impart a three-dimensional illumination to specific areas of the surface. The shimmering effect is enhanced by varying light angles. The paint is colorless with a pearlescent sheen, making it suitable as a finishing coat over surfaces painted with water-based paints of any color to refresh interiors. The material is easy to apply.
Composition: styrene-acrylic dispersion, special pigments, auxiliary substances, water.
Color: translucent white with a pearlescent sheen.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, sound, dry, and free of grease, sawdust, chalk, lime, and other contaminants. Any loose parts of the substrate must be removed. Surfaces previously painted with water-based paints must be primed with Bergge Grund GX acrylic primer. If the floor has not previously been painted with water-based paints, smooth out any unevenness with Bergge Grandplast FX finishing putty. After thoroughly treating the surface, be sure to apply Bergge Grund GX acrylic primer. After 6-8 hours, apply two coats of Bergge Intex 3 paint using a medium-nap roller. After the above materials have completely dried, begin applying Bergge Sconfinato. This decorative paint creates a translucent finish, so the color of the final coat will depend on the color of the substrate.
Application Method: During storage, the material may separate, but this is not a sign of product deterioration. Stir thoroughly before application. If necessary, dilute with water (up to 10%). Apply the material with a flat brush. Standard application: Apply Bergge Sconfinato with a wide, flat brush with soft, long bristles, using random, sweeping motions to evenly distribute the material over the surface. After 5-10 minutes, gently group the grains together, creating an original pattern reminiscent of light clouds. Apply in a single coat. The decorative effect is achieved through special effect pigments and the color of the intermediate coat. When applying Bergge Sconfinato, use material from the same batch on a single surface. If using material from different batches, mix them together in the amount required for a single surface (from corner to corner).
Drying time: 24 hours at +20°C and 65% relative humidity. Bake no earlier than 28 days later.
Application and drying temperature: During application and during the first 24 hours of drying, the ambient and substrate temperatures must be no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C.
Consumption: 150-200 ml/m2 when applied in a single coat (depending on the application technique).
Storage: Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place at temperatures no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C. Protect from frost! Close the container tightly after use. The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years.
Safety precautions: Work in a ventilated area, wear protective clothing and gloves, and wear respiratory and eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Keep out of reach of children! Dispose of as household waste. Rinse working tools with water and clean with a household detergent. The permissible volume deviation is no more than 1.5%.
