Application and characteristics: Recommended for use in hospitals, kindergartens, and educational institutions. Vapor-permeable (the surface "breathes"). The updated formula offers improved resistance to washing and exposure to detergents and disinfectants, high coverage, and a neutral odor. Suitable for application on concrete, aerated concrete, cement, plaster, filler, gypsum plaster, drywall, and firmly adhered wallpaper. Suitable for bathrooms and kitchens. Withstands temporary increases in indoor humidity above 85%.
Composition: Calcium carbonate, styrene-acrylic dispersion, kaolin, titanium dioxide, auxiliary substances, water.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, sound, dry, and free of grease, dust, chalk, and lime. Before painting, the surface must be treated with Bergge Grund GX acrylic primer.
Application: During storage, the material may separate, but this does not indicate product deterioration. Stir before use. The first coat of paint can be thinned with up to 10% water (depending on the absorbency of the surface); the final coat should not be thinned. The material can be applied with a roller, brush, or spray gun. When applying Bergge Intex 3, use material from the same batch on a single surface. If using material from different batches, mix them together in the required quantity (from corner to corner). Work at an ambient and substrate temperature of no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C.
Tinting: Tinted using equipment using the COLOR COLLECTION system.
Drying time: 2-4 hours (at a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 65%). It is recommended to apply the next coat after 12 hours. Do not flash-cur after at least 28 days.
Coverage: 1 liter per 10-12 m² of single-layer coating (depending on the quality and type of substrate).
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container at a temperature not lower than +5°C, in a dry, cool place. Protect from frost! The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children! Work in a ventilated area, wearing protective clothing and gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Dispose of as household waste. Rinse tools with water afterwards.
