Application: Designed for priming surfaces such as concrete, aerated concrete, plaster, putty, gypsum, brick, fiber-mineral slabs, and other mineral surfaces before painting with acrylic and silicone materials. It is used for priming the facades of residential buildings, warehouses, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, and historical monuments. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It can also be used as an impregnation to protect decorative masonry made of artificial stone and cellular natural stone on vertical surfaces.
Composition: Water, styrene-acrylic dispersion, silicone emulsion, and functional additives.
Properties: Penetrates deeply into the surface, strengthening and protecting it, providing excellent adhesion, reducing the consumption of dispersion paints, and increasing the weather resistance of the coating. Provides excellent water-repellent properties without impeding the passage of water vapor through the surface (high vapor permeability). Reduces moisture absorption by the treated surface, thereby reducing the risk of negative effects such as contamination, efflorescence, etc.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, dry, and absorbent. Carefully remove all loose coatings and clean non-absorbent coatings of dirt, efflorescence, and grease. Remove dust before priming. New surfaces with a lime-cement base should be primed no sooner than 30 days after application.
Application method: The primer can be applied with a brush, paintbrush, or sprayer using the wet-on-wet method. Work at ambient and substrate temperatures of no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C, with a relative air humidity of no more than 80%. Never apply the material to a damp or non-absorbent surface.
The following materials are recommended to be applied after 8 hours of drying time.
Coverage: 1 liter per 5-10 m² (undiluted). Coverage depends on the roughness and porosity of the surface. Application methods must also be considered.
Dry residue: 10%.
Storage: Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature not lower than +7°C and not higher than +30°C, in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost! The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Safety precautions: Work in a ventilated area, wear work clothes and gloves, and wear respiratory and eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Keep out of reach of children! Dispose of as household waste. Rinse tools with water afterwards.
