Application and characteristics: Water-based acrylic paint. Designed for painting wooden and concrete floors indoors with a pre-primed base. Withstands moderate mechanical stress and the effects of disinfectant household cleaners. Suitable for initial and re-painting of floors, baseboards, railings, and walls in residential and other private spaces. Not recommended for industrial floors subject to increased mechanical stress, or in areas where heavy machinery may operate.
Acrylic copolymer dispersion, pigments, fillers, functional additives, water.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, sound, dry, and free of grease, sawdust, chalk, and lime. Wooden floors: Clean from dirt, dust, grease, and oil. New and re-painted surfaces should be cleaned and sanded to bare wood. Prime the surface with Bergge Floor Farbe, diluted 30% with water. Concrete floors: The surface must be dry and cured for at least 4 weeks. Before application, sand the concrete floor with a sander and remove the saw. Before painting, the surface must be treated with Bergge Grund GX acrylic primer.
Application Method: During storage, the material may separate, but this is not a sign of product deterioration. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply with a brush, roller, or spray gun. Apply 2-3 coats of undiluted paint (depending on the absorbency of the substrate). For wood floors, sand between coats (120-180 grit). Carefully remove any dust after sanding. When applying Bergge Floor Farbe, use material from the same batch on one surface. If material from different batches is available, mix it together in the amount required for a single surface (from corner to corner). Work at an ambient and substrate temperature of no less than +7°C and no more than +30°C.
Drying time: 48 hours – ready for use (at a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of 65%). It is recommended to apply the next coat after 12 hours. The coating achieves its full strength no earlier than 14 days.
Tinting: Tinted using equipment using the COLOR COLLECTION system. Tinted paint in the color chosen by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
Color: White.
Gloss: Silky-matte.
Consumption: 1 liter per 5-7 m² of a single-layer coating (depending on the quality and type of substrate).
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container at a temperature not below +5°C, in a dry, cool place. Protect from frost! The warranty period is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Safety precautions: Work in a ventilated area, wear work clothes, gloves, and respiratory and eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Keep out of reach of children! Dispose of as household waste. Rinse working tools with water afterwards.
