Application and characteristics: A high-quality, ready-to-use, structural water-dispersion paint designed for painting concrete, aerated concrete, drywall, plaster, putty, brick, cement, and surfaces previously painted with water-dispersion paints, creating a protective and decorative coating on walls, including surfaces subject to heavy use. It has the ability to conceal minor surface defects. It creates a uniform, rough surface suitable for creating a variety of structural effects. The product is solvent-free, has a neutral odor, and is easy to apply. The coating is weather-resistant, vapor-permeable (the surface "breathes"), impermeable to water, has excellent resistance to mechanical stress, and is washable. For indoor and outdoor use.
Composition: A suspension of pigments and special fillers in a styrene-acrylic dispersion with the addition of auxiliary substances.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, sound, dry, and free of grease, dust, chalk, and lime. Any loose or flaking surfaces must be removed. Absorbent surfaces must be primed with Bergge Grund GX acrylic primer. Before painting, apply an intermediate primer coat with Bergge Acryl Struktur Farbe. The color of the intermediate coat must match the color of the topcoat.
Application method: During storage, the material may separate, but this does not indicate product deterioration. Stir before use. If necessary, add water (up to 5%). Apply after the substrate is fully prepared. Apply a thin layer of paint with a spatula, spreading it evenly over the surface over an area of 2-3 m². Then, without waiting for it to dry, create a texture with a roller (various textured rollers can be used to achieve the desired effect). Once the desired effect is achieved, continue applying paint, carefully joining the surfaces, and smoothing the joints with a roller. We recommend applying the paint in a staggered pattern to avoid joints. For large areas, it's advisable to work in pairs: one applies the paint with a spatula, the other creates the texture with a roller. Spray application is also possible. The resulting decorative surface, once dry, can be further painted with high-quality dispersion paints. When applying, use material from the same batch on a single surface. If using material from different batches, mix it together in the required quantity (from corner to corner). Work at an ambient and substrate temperature of no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C. Avoid exposure to wind, rain, and direct sunlight during application.
Drying time: 24 hours.
Coverage: 3-3.5 m²/l. Coverage may exceed the packaging specifications depending on the layer thickness and application technique.
Color: White.
Storage: Store in a tightly sealed container at a temperature not lower than +7°C, in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost! The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Safety precautions: Work in a ventilated area, wearing protective clothing and gloves. Dispose of as household waste. Keep out of reach of children! In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water.
