Paint application: Mix thoroughly before use. The surface must be clean, dry, and workable. Apply with a brush, roller, or spray. Dilute the first coat with water to 10% of the total weight; the second coat can be undiluted. Carefully remove any remaining lime wash, efflorescence, mineral- or oil-based coatings, and other contaminants. Fill cracks, prime, and fill. Fresh cement plaster must be cured for at least 28 days, concrete for at least 3 months, and thermal insulation surfaces for at least 7 days. The moisture content of the substrate must not exceed 4%, and 1% for gypsum substrates. Sand strong alkyd and oil coatings. Dust the surfaces and treat them with a Bergge primer. Apply in two coats with a brush, roller, or sprayer, including airless spraying. Painting surfaces in the same plane should be carried out using the "wet on wet" method, without interruption. Consumption per coat is 100-140 ml/m², depending on the grain size of the substrate. Drying time before applying the next coat is 1-2 hours, complete drying is 8-10 hours at a base temperature of +20°C and a relative air humidity of 60%. Under other conditions, drying and curing times may change. Do not paint if the substrate and ambient temperature are below +5°C and the relative humidity is no more than 80%. Rinse tools with water immediately after finishing work.
Storage: The paint should be stored in a tightly sealed container in a cool place at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Tinting: Bergge Acryl Farbe paint is machine tinted.
