This document is an official agreement between you (the User) and Bergge (the Website Administration).

5.1. Returns are accepted in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

6.2. We never disclose your data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Bergge is not liable for:
- delays caused by postal or delivery services;
- damage occurring after product receipt;
- misuse of purchased goods.
