Application and characteristics: Decorative acrylic plaster for creating durable, vapor-permeable interior surfaces. This material creates the effect of natural stone, including marble. It is suitable for gypsum and concrete surfaces, as well as old but strong layers of dispersion paints.
Composition: Calcium carbonate, water, talc, acrylic dispersion, and functional additives.
Surface preparation: The substrate must be uniformly prepared, strong, dry, and free of grease, dust, chalk, and lime. Moisture-absorbing surfaces must be primed with Bergge Grund GX acrylic primer. For an intermediate adhesion layer, use Bergge Decogrund Maxi primer for decorative plasters; its color must match the color of the Bergge Marmorino Mini topcoat.
Application method: During storage, some delamination of the material is possible, but this is not a sign of product deterioration. Stir before use. If necessary, dilute with water (up to 10%). The material can be applied with a spatula. Apply the plaster to the primed surface in two coats, separating the first coat with at least 8 hours between coats. Apply the first coat of material, spreading it evenly over the surface or creating a slight relief for a deeper effect. After the first coat has completely dried, apply the second coat in separate strokes, leaving gaps on a flat surface (or a continuous thin coat over a relief). Then, as it dries, smooth and finish the surface with a spatula. This product can be applied using various techniques to achieve different effects. When applying Bergge Marmorino Mini, use material from the same batch on a single surface. If using material from different batches, mix them together in the quantity required for a single surface (from corner to corner). Work at ambient and substrate temperatures of no lower than +7°C and no higher than +30°C.
Drying time: 24 hours.
Tinting: Tinted using equipment according to the Bergge catalog.
Coverage: 0.5-0.8 kg/m² when applied in one coat (depending on the application method).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost! Close the container tightly after use. The guaranteed shelf life is 2 years. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging.
Safety precautions: Work in a ventilated area, wearing protective clothing and gloves. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. Dispose of as household waste. Keep out of reach of children. Rinse working tools with water and clean with a household detergent.
