BERGGE ACRYSILPUTZ is an acrylic plaster modified with silicone for increased durability. It is highly vapor-permeable and resistant to dirt and weathering.
1.5 mm lamella - 2.4 kg/m2; 2 mm bark beetle - 3.2 kg/m2
Characteristics:
- Excellent water-repellent properties;
- High resistance to mechanical stress, weathering, and UV radiation;
- Elasticity;
- Good vapor permeability;
- Eco-friendly material;
- Easy to apply to the surface.
Consumption:
- "1.5 mm lamb" - 2.4 kg/m2;
- "2 mm bark beetle" - 3.2 kg/m2
Composition: Polymer dispersion based on acrylic resins, water, mineral fillers, and additives.
Solvent: water.
Substrate: must be dry, not frozen, strong, and capable of bearing loads.
Application: Not earlier than 24 hours after applying the primer mixture. When using tinted plaster, the primer should be tinted to the same color. Using a stainless steel trowel, apply evenly to a thickness equal to the grain size. For a "lamb" texture, immediately after application, texture it with a plastic float using circular motions. For a "bark beetle" texture, after some time, texture it with a plastic float vertically, horizontally, or in a circular motion. Divide large surface areas into several smaller ones or work in groups. The entire surface should be treated using the "wet on wet" method. Rinse tools with water immediately after finishing work. Drying time is 24 hours at +20°C and 65% humidity. Complete drying and repainting are possible in 2-3 days. Coverage: "1.5 mm thick" is approximately 2.4 kg/m², "2 mm thick" is approximately 3.2 kg/m². The exact coverage is determined by a test application on site. Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C or above +30°C, or if the surface is exposed to direct sunlight, rain, strong wind, or drafts.
Tinting: Can be machine tinted. Apply plaster of the same batch number to the same surface, or thoroughly mix products from different batches!
Storage: Store in a dry place between +5°C and +30°C. The guaranteed shelf life in sealed factory packaging is 24 months.
Safety precautions and disposal: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Dried plaster should be disposed of as construction waste.
